Service Fees and Payment

All fees for transportation services will be quoted before service is rendered. Payments must be made in full before the transportation process begins. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as agreed upon. Failure to pay the full amount may result in service cancellation or delay.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are in good working condition prior to pickup. Any issues or damages to the vehicle must be disclosed to Gustaw Vehicle Logistics LLC before transportation. Additionally, customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding pickup and delivery locations.

Liability and Insurance

While Gustaw Vehicle Logistics LLC takes every precaution to ensure the safe and timely delivery of vehicles, we are not liable for any damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or delays due to traffic. All vehicles transported by Gustaw Vehicle Logistics LLC are covered by basic liability insurance. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance coverage if desired.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made by the customer must be communicated in writing to Gustaw Vehicle Logistics LLC at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund. A cancellation fee may apply. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Amendments

Gustaw Vehicle Logistics LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.
